The Bracken School of Irish Dance, has two locations in Salisbury, Massachusetts and Mesa, Arizona. Both locations provide dance instruction to girls and boys ages five and older. Beginners are particularly welcomed at the school which caters to recreational as well as competitive dancing.
The school was established in Ireland by Thomas P. Bracken in 1980 and opened in Chandler, Arizona almost twenty years ago. Celebrating years of committed instruction and mentorship, our team of instructors are committed to making all of our dancers discover their potential! Over the years, Mr. Bracken’s students have won World, National, and Regional Championship titles in solo dancing, and his ceile teams have placed in the top ten in the world.
Our dancers' range in age and ability. Our focus is to nurture each dancer and find their strengths and encourage growth through support. Over the years, we have had top performers that we're incredibly proud of. Our dancers have achieved great successes & accomplishments. We send dozens of dancers to the Regional, National, and World Championships each year; both our top-ranking solo dancers as well as talented and winning ceili teams have represented our school on these stages incredibly well.
Many of our students enjoy dancing as a recreation while others love to compete. We encourage what the student wants to do!. We have dancers competing at the highest levels and many who love to perform. We want you to "dance for the love of dance" !
